Grief & Bereavement
Grief and Bereavement (G&B) is offered to individuals and families coping with the loss of a loved one. Our programs are designed to provide emotional support, connection, and healing in a compassionate and respectful environment.
Services Include
Facilitated Support Groups for adults who are grieving
One on One Bereavement Support (in-person or virtual)
Education and Resources on grief and the grieving process
Referral Services for complex needs
This service is offered free of charge and is delivered by trained facilitators.
Services are available to residents of Perth, Smiths Falls, Lanark, and surrounding areas.
