Since 1999, Hospice and palliative care services have played an important role in supporting hospice and palliative care needs in Lanark County.

CHSLC services collaborate with health care providers to create an interdisciplinary approach to quality care

Volunteer Visiting services can help do things that a family member or friend can do, such as companionship, transportation needs, help with grooming needs, lend a hand while getting around or providing food and liquids when needed 

Anyone diagnosed with a life limiting illness is eligible for consideration for these services and anyone can refer.
